When Is Payment Taken?
Payment is authorised and captured when you place your order. If we cannot fulfil an order (for example, an item is out of stock), we will refund you in full without delay.

If a payment fails, is duplicated, or you see a charge you don't recognise from us, contact support@martbig.com or call +44 7399 742156 and we will investigate within 1 business day. Charges appear on statements from MartBig / BIG BOSS MART LTD.
Refunds
Refunds are always made to the original payment method — see our Returns & Refunds Policy for timeframes.
