At MartBig we believe your data belongs to you. We never sell your personal data, and we make it easy to exercise every right you have under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

- Right to erasure — ask us to delete your data (we must keep some records, e.g. invoices, for up to 6 years for UK tax law).
- Right to restrict processing — pause how we use your data in certain situations.
- Right to object — including an absolute right to stop direct marketing at any time.
- Right to data portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format or have it sent to another provider.
- Right to withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting past processing.
How to Make a Request
- Email support@martbig.com with the subject line “Data Rights Request”, or write to BIG BOSS MART LTD, 55 Foxglove Way, Luton, England, LU3 1EA, or call +44 7399 742156.
- Tell us which right you want to exercise and the email address used on your orders.
- We may ask a security question to verify your identity before releasing or changing data.
- We respond within one calendar month, free of charge. Complex requests may take up to two further months — we will tell you within the first month if so.
Unsubscribing from Marketing
Click “unsubscribe” in any marketing email, or email us — we action opt-outs promptly. You will still receive essential service emails about orders you place (confirmations, dispatch and refund notifications).

You may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113 — though we'd welcome the chance to resolve your concern first at support@martbig.com.
